  1. chore: bump bitrise-build-cache CLI to v2.3.4 (#116) 

    Picks up the gradlePluginPortal preservation fix in v2.3.4 — without
this, projects without an explicit pluginManagement {} block in
settings.gradle.kts had pluginManagement.repositories reduced to only
BitriseMirrorApacheCentral, breaking plugin resolution for plugins
that only live on plugins.gradle.org (foojay-resolver-convention,
io.invertase.gradle.build, org.gradle.kotlin.kotlin-dsl, etc.).
