Deprecating the top-level fee fields (
fee,modifiedfee,ancestorfeesanddescendantfees) from the mempool entries and introducing-deprecatedrpc=feeswas done in PR #22689 (released in v23.0). For the next release v24.0, this configuration option can be removed.
