Thanks, and warm welcome as a new contributor!
Makes sense to adapt this to the same style as the other *BSD build instructions. Would be very nice if someone could test (and if needed, update) the NetBSD build instructions to the latest release; 8.0 is quite outdated already, having been released almost 4 years ago.
