- allowing us to drop librsvg, imagemagick and tiffcp deps - this commit also simplifies background.svg so it does not contain the package name (package name is already present in window title and underneath the icon shown in the install dialog)

This allows us to drop librsvg, imagemagick and tiffcp dependencies.
The SVG hasn't changed since 2015 (6 years already).
The changeset also simplifies background.svg so it does not contain the package name (package name is already present in window title and underneath the icon shown in the install dialog).
