Trusty is still used for gitian builds, so we might want to prevent build failures, such as #13538 (comment) by switching travis back to trusty for now.

Apart from setting ubuntu:14.04, this reverts the windows cross build environment to the version of wine we used to use previously.

How about adding a new job for 14.04? I think we still need to keep backward compatibility after we bump our gitian build to 18.04.

Let's move gitian to 18.04 instead? this feels like a step back.
