This is the pandas migration pull request. Dependencies: an unreleased version of pandas (after 0.18.1) because we need non-float data in the table. Also the main pandas pull request from the core repository.
This is a good example of porting a subclass of the Table (or SparseTable, in this case).
All tests work (when applied on the latest main pandas PR), but widgets don't. This includes changes up to pos_tags (excluded).
