Solution: remove the old Appendices page about installing OS-level dependencies
That page is redundant because the same information can be found in the page "How to Set Up a BigchainDB Network". (The instructions for dnf aren't there, but we can't support all Linux package managers. A dnf user can probably find out what they have to do based on what an apt user must do.)
