Updates backend for aws-nuke to [aqua:ekristen/aws-nuke](aquaproj/aqua-registry#34262). This brings it in alignment with the asdf backend which [switched upstreams](bersalazar/asdf-aws-nuke#1). Resolves #4814 Signed-off-by: Raimund Hook <[email protected]>
