It was approved by a vote taken at the 2026-04-27 Beman weekly sync: Update the standard with TBD wording to the effect of allowing and recommending the inplace_vector pull request #128. It would be nice to have a badge to see the standard target now that we've got both 29 and 26 libraries in large numbers.
