This is a thing for connecting virtual modems and stuff like that for file transfer or internet with the emulated computer.

Libretro has no interfaces for this. I don't really have any good ideas for a workaround. I haven't yet tracked down software that could demonstrate its effective use either.

This is probably an unimportant feature for this core, but leaving it here for consideration.
