Adds a
create_simulator_actionto both iOS test runners, as well as aclean_up_simulator_actiontoios_xctestrun_runner, to provide a way to customize how a simulator is provisioned for a test execution. This should make it easier to support simulator pooling scenarios without requiring users to make changes to test runner internals in a fork.
