Requesting that remote_jdk11 be updated to JDK 11.0.7 or later (currently hardcoded to 11.0.6 for most OSes in jdk.WORKSPACE

Feature requests: what underlying problem are you trying to solve with this feature?

I am looking to execute tests that exercise RSASSA-PSS signatures in the sunpkcs11 JDK provider, and am hitting a bug that is fixed in 11.0.7.
