Provide a PB API to the aae_fold features.
Tested in basho/riak_test#1334
Requires updates for
riak_pb - this provides the necessary definitions
riak-erlang-client - actual client API
riak-erlang-http-client - enhanced testing exposed issue with bucket types in release of HTTP API, which is fixed here
