Updates to `BigIntLiteral` Handling:

Changed the value property of BigIntLiteral from string to bigint in the AST specification (spec.md) and type definitions (types.ts). This ensures that BigIntLiteral nodes now directly store bigint values instead of their string representations. [1] [2]
Updated the parseBigIntLiteral method to handle invalid BigInt literals (e.g., 1.0n, 1e1n) in non-breaking mode by returning null for the value property. This allows the parser to throw recoverable errors for invalid cases.
