In this PR we throw different error message when
parseExpressionsees unexpected input.prettierusesparseExpressionto parsejsoncand recovers from common errors. Whilejsoncsupports empty / comments-only input,parseExpressionwill not support them and will throw a specific error for such cases, so thatprettiercan recover from the error and uses the fullparseto handle such cases./cc @fisker
