Description
This PR adds the Apache 2.0 LICENSE file to the
@aws-sdk/corepackage.@aws-sdk/coreseems to be the only package (based on quick lookaround) that misses the license file.It would be nice to include the license in the distributed tarball to make automation easier, instead of having to rely on pulling the license file from the root of the repo :)
