Description of changes: Add E2E Otel tests which assert on the spans visible in Xray/CloudWatch traces. These tests set up the durable lambda function via the recommended settings in the aws-durable-execution-sdk-js-otel plugin README.
Only works for NodeJs 22 since ADOT layer doesn't support NodeJs 24.
