Demangle function names during serialization in Hotline. Will translate mangled function names like
_ZNK7rocksdb8MemTable13KeyComparatorclEPKcRKNS_5SliceEtorocksdb::MemTable::KeyComparator::operator()(char const*, rocksdb::Slice const&) const.
