This reverts commit 8c033cc2da9f26a7693df5569c176b0b1c0ca33a.

Create GenericCascade.java

FYI: The 3.6-RC2 release includes this fix, that will be in maven central in about 15 minutes and you can try that.

Checked it out and installed it locally instead - it works!
