Perhaps we should just make a general avaje bom or starter parent |

Maybe but that isn't as "useful" when importing a bom in order to patch the versions of a dependency tree. That is, if you want to patch only jsonb then you want to only import the jsonb related bom. |

This is expected to be useful if people want to use maven dependency management, and import pom the bom.
