And as DMD v2.105.2 isn't compatible with the macos-13 Xcode toolchain, bump it to v2.110.0.

@aneves: Finally ready after 8 months! - The unrelated last commit fixes CI (for master), while at it - GitHub Actions removed the used macos-12 image. A quick merge would be appreciated, as last 'prerequisite' for the upcoming next LDC beta. |
