What happened?

I am running paperless behind an nginx reverse proxy. The default settings only allows 1 Mb uploads, which my scan exceeded. This resulted in the upload failing silently with a mysterious message in the error log.

A more specific error would make it easier to find out what's wrong.

Steps to reproduce

Get a 413 Content Too Large from an upload request.
