This is an easy issue for anyone who wants contribute (and there is work for more than one person) - throughout the documentation, there are a number of API links that are broken, e.g.

http://astropy.readthedocs.org/en/latest/io/votable/index.html

In the example above, the word 'parse' should be an active link. It would be useful for someone to go through the docs and fix this kind of issue.

If you want to work on fixing the links for one of the sections, add your username after the name of the section in the following list or if you don't have edit rights, put a comment at the bottom of this PR and I will add your username next to the appropriate sections
