LGTM -- v4 should be behavior-compatible with v3, it's just rewritten atop another official action now 🙂

(I think updating isn't always necessary, but for these official ones it's low risk + keeping the old ones around will eventually cause breakage as GitHub upgrades its JS runtime.) |
