Can't share a run link as it's a private repo. I'm running on Linux, Mac and Windows self hosted runners and see the same behavior.

It's also worth noting that Post Run astral-sh/setup-uv@v4 takes quite a while.
When setting cache-local-path: C:\\Users\\useblocks\\AppData\\Local\\uv (example Windows), shouldn't that not happen as it's a local cache that should not get uploaded?
