Summary

Currently if you have this in a stub file:

from typing_extensions import final, overload

class Foo:
    @overload
    def method3(self, x: int) -> int: ...
    @final
    @overload
    def method3(self, x: str) -> int: ...
    @overload
    @final
    def method3(self, x: bytes) -> bytes: ...
    @overload
    def method3(self, x: bytearray) -> bytearray: ...

then ty correctly emits two invalid-overload errors complaining that only the first overload should be decorated with @final. But both diagnostics are incorrectly attached to the last overload (which isn't actually decorated with @final at all!) rather than overloads 2 and 3 respectively.
