Summary
This doesn't really seem to have any ecosystem impact, but it does make us slightly more consistent (and it's very little added code).
Ideally we would just intersect with a synthesized protocol where
__len__returnsAlwaysTruthyfor positive checks, and intersect with a synthesized protocol where__len__returnsAlwaysFalsyfor positive checks. If we did that, we would not need to have the requirement that the truthiness of the__len__method return type must be consistent with the truthiness of the__bool__method return type. But there are a bunch of open questions about how disjointness of protocols with method members should work, so I prefer to defer that for now.Test Plan
