In some cases we have existing git worktrees.
Trying to create a new session with a name of existing worktree fails.

We should be able to use existing worktree (in any directory as worktrees can be created anywhere) and use the existing branch.
A clean option is autodetect and autofill the information if an existing worktree is detected.
