Some of our valgrind correctness tests are failing with an error message about VG_N_SEGMENTS being configured too low. I'm not exactly certain what this number represents, but it seems the value in the version of valgrind I'm running (3.14) and the newest version (3.19) is 30000. It seems it can only be changed via recompiling valgrind.
