There are certain configurations where CC recruits DD and then kills it thinking there is a better process class available to place it but during recruitment again places DD in the same process class as before. For example, while recruiting data distributor role, master class is given more preference over stateless class. But later when checking for existence of better fitness, stateless class is considered a better fit and the DD is killed and this goes into an infinite loop.
