It'd be neat to support invoking OCI runtimes instead of our homegrown vmexec process. We'd need a process wrapper type that knows what subcommands to invoke on the oci runtimes, and the pty fd passing is much different than what we do now. This would require vmexec to conform to the OCI runtime expectations also if this is supposed to be drop-in.
