- Use a directory that's separate from user data, as user-installed plugins have a distinct lifecycle.
- Changes implementation to use _NSGetExecutablePath. - Returns path to executable, clients can choose to drop the last component to get the parent directory. - Fix PluginLoader.userPluginsDir to user true install root.
