[Request]: Docs: indicate that container service should be restarted after upgrade. #568

https://github.com/apple/container/blob/main/README.md#install-or-upgrade should instruct the user to stop the container server, and then start it, to avoid issues where any of the CLI, helpers, and guest agents are not in sync.
