cause ci error

Reason:
The download link provided by the manufacturer has been modified. I found that it is necessary to add sign and t to the link as verification when downloading from the official website https://www.gbase.cn/download/gbase-8a?category=DRIVER_PACKAGE. These two parameters are time-sensitive.
