Thanks. Let's check in this benchmark for future usages as we decide to use threadCpuTime measurement in other parts of the code. |

This is just for testing some hypothesis. Essentially 10 million selectivity can result in net ~1ms overhead |

Planning to use this for some resiliency feature. The call time is around 1/1000 ms per call
