### What changes were proposed in this pull request? This PR aims to update all `ubuntu-20.04` to `ubuntu-22.04` in CI. This is a leftover which were missed at the following backporting - #2177 ### Why are the changes needed? To recover CIs. Currently, CI fails like the following. - #2199 ### How was this patch tested? Pass the CIs. ### Was this patch authored or co-authored using generative AI tooling?
