Rationale for this change
The dependency
github.com/ebitengine/puregoneeds to be upgraded to version 0.8.3 due to a bug in Go 1.23.9 and 1.24.3.v0.4.1 of github.com/jupiterrider/ffi is the latest version and has no change, except the purego update: JupiterRider/ffi@v0.4.0...v0.4.1

Only dependency updates for the Golang binding.
