When I will be able to make a release and test it somewhat in production, Ruby 3.1 should reach end of life. Anyway, I would like to aim 3.2 at least. Also, use 3.3 for development

There are a few rough edges left. Now I want to add a few documentation so that I can make improvements to APIs and documentation at the same time.
