Failing test with numpy upgrade - test_np_get_dtype() #20886
Description
The test test_np_get_dtype in tests/python/unittest/test_numpy_ndarray.py is failing when attempting to update numpy versions.
The testcase for dtype=None is failing. All other datatypes are passing.
