Since the `flatten-bom` removes the `child.project.url.inherit.append.path` attribute from the parent POM, we need to expand the `url` element in children. Otherwise we get fake URLs like `https://logging.apache.org/log4j2/2.x/log4j-spring-boot`. See mojohaus/flatten-maven-plugin#412
