As we are close to the 7.0.0-RC1 release, we have little time left to adjust dependency minor versions, which will be frozen after RC1 and only patch versions will be updated during the 7.0.x lifecycle.
This PR bumps several dependencies to the latest version. Some dependencies move to a newer minor version.
It is also the first time we have adjusted the webjar dependencies, which unfortunately requires updating the CSS and JS files.
