Issue description

See https://issues.chromium.org/issues/42323769 - these popups are causing the spring security tests to fail. We need to provide a better way to configure the chrome options, but this ticket can hard code reasonable defaults to start.

We may also want to use the --guest argument, but this can cause download issues.
