Steps to Reproduce

Check the provided link. It's using a bar chart with a y-axis of type time and inverse equals true.

Current Behavior

The bars are overflowing and the y-axis values are not rendering correctly. If you set inverse to false, everything works as expected.

Expected Behavior

The chart is displayed correctly, independently of the inverse value.
