4.7.0(real version is 4.8.0)
Steps to reproduce
The bug can be reproduced in the latest master fork for it came from the latest commit fdf240f.
Rebuild Steps:
- Find the file named
symbol3.htmlin the directorytest. - Change the value of
typeintoeffectScatterin line 93. - Open the html page in browser, we can see a wrong performance, just like the pictures below.

What is expected?
The ripple effect of effectScatter rotates as the scatter rotation.
What is actually happening?
The ripple effect of effectScatter does not rotate as the scatter rotation.
The bug can be rebuild in the latest mater fork.
