Descriptions

Currently, the CI process only runs unit tests using JDK 21, which may lead to potential compatibility issues being missed, especially since Dubbo is expected to support JDK 1.8 and above.
Adjust the CI workflow to run unit tests in parallel on multiple JDK versions: 8, 11, 17, and 21, as long as it doesn’t significantly impact total CI time,
or
At a minimum, run unit tests on JDK 8 and JDK 21 to cover both ends of the support range.
