Steps:

• Make a PR to update CHANGELOG.md: CHANGELOG for 0.50.0 #1383
• Resolve Should DEDUPLICATE, FINAL and ID be keywords? #1382
• run cargo release
• verify the new release is on crates.io: https://crates.io/crates/sqlparser/0.50.0
• Make ticket for next release: Release sqlparser-rs version 0.51.0 #1384
