looking at the status here https://infra-reports.apache.org/#sitesource it looks like maybe they scan once a day?

It is weird -- that site says it has been checked recently but didn't find the new commit. I'll keep an eye on it and if it isn't published later today I'll file an infrastructure ticket.
