Fix regressions in CometToPrettyStringSuite #2307
Description
Describe the bug
CometToPrettyStringSuite has not been running in CI, and the tests are failing.
Once the test is passing it should be added to the PR workflows and the dev/ci/check_suites.py script should be updated to no longer ignore this test.
