This is partial is content from 53.0.0 that I accidentally checked in (see https://github.com/apache/arrow-rs/blob/70da2d229a4a368197bc9943083fb02424c08255/CHANGELOG-old.md#L160-L159 for actual 53.0.0 release notes)
