Thanks! Looks good overall. Please make the necessary whitespace changes to mollify the linter and consider adding the new options to the documentation as either part of this change or a separate one.

Description
Added support for the Fetch heartbeat interval connection param. The default values are kept same as before. Users can now configure this param.
